Abstract submission

Abstract submission guidelines:

In order to reduce costs in preparing and printing the abstracts volume, we ask you to please follow closely the guidelines given here. The easiest is to download the MSWord abstract template to prepare your abstract, and submit it as an attached MSWord file. The styles are the following:

  • The abstract must be written in English
  • Title should be in Arial bold 14 points using the Title Case capitalization
  • Author names should be in Arial 11 points. 
  • Addresses should be in Arial italic, 9 points.
  • Corresponding author's email address should be in Arial italic,  9 points.
  • The main body of the text should not exceed 3500 characters including spaces, and should be written using Arial 11 points. Special characters can be written using the symbol font set.
  • Equations are allowed, but no figures please.
  • Use single line spacing only.
  • Abstracts not following the guidelines above will be sent back to the authors for revisions 

The new, extended deadline for abstract submission is June 17, 2011.

Accepted formats for your abstracts are word (.doc and .docx) and open office (.odf)
